Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Colombo & suburbs: 1–3 business days
  
• Other areas in Sri Lanka: 2–5 business days
  

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.

Promotions or free shipping offers may be available during selected periods and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

• You will receive a confirmation message/email
  
• Tracking details will be provided where available
  

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during delivery:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  
• We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue
  

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

PolarSun.lk is not responsible for delivery failures due to:

• incorrect address
  
• incorrect contact number
  
• customer unavailability at delivery time
  

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, PolarSun.lk delivers within Sri Lanka only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Return & Refund Policy – PolarSun.lk

At PolarSun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
  
• The item must be in the original packaging
  
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  

Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  
• Items returned without original packaging
  
• Promotional or clearance items (if stated at time of purchase)
  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

• defective
  
• damaged upon arrival
  
• incorrect product delivered
  

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• the item is defective
  
• the wrong product was sent
  

Return instructions will be shared after the return request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
